Introduction to First Time Doing Something

My last piece I am going to add to my e-portfolio is going to be “The First Time Doing Something.” This was another journal entry that we were assigned to do in the third week of class. I picked this piece for my e-portfolio because it was a very important and exciting time in my life. I had just bought a motorcycle and I wanted to make sure I was a safe and knowledgeable rider. I also wanted to teach the reader that yes it’s dangerous for someone to ride a motorcycle, but if you take a safety class you will be more cautious and safe on a motorcycle. Also that just because you’re a woman, doesn’t mean you can’t handle a motorcycle. Example of describing why would be “I enrolled into a motorcycle class up in Bellingham Washington. That was the smart thing to do because I learned a lot from the instructor on safety and precaution’s. There was only three other women in the class with me and at the end of class we all pasted the test.” So read my journal entry and go hop on a motorcycle.
